A party of any size, even a solo rider, can reserve any package on any available date. Packages listed are reserved already and open to join, if you fit the skills profile. PACKAGES AVAILABLE TO JOIN *More than 80% of reservations are currently private. All non-private trips are skills specific, so we rarely fill up open groups. We will initiate a private or non-private package for a single rider. Unlike other tour companies, we never cancel due to low numbers. We specialize in small groups--the smaller the better, so do not hesitate to call to reserve. You do not have to join an existing trip. Private customs and sold-out package dates are NOT listed, so CONTACT us to ask about specific dates you want.

JUNE 2010
2 DAY ~ June 26 and 27. Intermediate skill level. Very early departures to avoid heat of midday. Sunrise rides with lights. Call 1-888-MOABUTA to join.

4 DAY 6 NIGHT ~ September 19th through 24th. Rest day on 22nd. 19th is first night of accommdations. Ride on 20,21,23,24. Intermediate skill level. Call 1-888-MOABUTA to join.
2010 UPDATE ON HAWAII RESERVATIONS
As of Spring 2010 Hawaii is only offered as a destination for Dreamride Special Edition bike purchase customers. Due to the lagging economy reservations for Hawaii can now be booked with only three months advanced notice. Current high prices on flights can be offset by discounts on lodging, if you reserve during off-season dates from February through August. In 2010 Hawaii will not be as crowded as usual and peak season dates may be acceptable, but No Christmas trips, please! Please do not call for Hawaii tourist information, if you are not considering a trip with us as part of your bike purchase. Our PRIVATE COUPLES PACKAGE is our most exotic offering.

Scheduling Policies
Booking is on a first come, first serve basis. All packages are designed and booked for the first client(s), to reserve specific dates. Dreamride's mountain and road bike vacations suit your schedule, desires and skill level, taking into consideration seasonal climate extremes.* We book Moab packages for any fit individual, couple or group of up to four riders. Any package can be completely private. Groups of four are always private. Private groups can upgrade to ELITE SERVICES. Charter trips outside of Moab (Colorado, California, Arizona, Hawaii, and elsewhere) are for private couples with a two couple maximum per package. Many charter trips outside of Moab require bike purchase for participation. Full custom packages are available for groups of up to eight riders. Our services are personal and dangerous, by nature, so each client in a group must contact us directly to guarantee reservation. Repeat clients, and those who wish to be interviewed to qualify, are put on a list for special unpublicized invitational packages that may coincide with cultural or natural events. We do not schedule mixed skilled tours except for private parties. Mixed skilled couples or trios that book open packages as a group must accept rides set up for the weakest or less skilled rider, or reserve a second guide at additional charge. Remember, if your group is made up of less than four individuals and you do not book as a private group, we may add others of similar skills as departure time approaches.

Year Round Operations
Dreamride is the only outfitter in Moab to specialize in small groups and offer mountain biking in Moab year-round with flexbile recreational options that allow for weather. While some dates in the year are set aside for out of town trips or our own personal exploits, with enough advanced notice our guides are available any time of year. For our basic vacation packages click on MOUNTAIN BIKE VACATION CATALOG. MOAB IN WINTER IS A WELL KEPT SECRET. Winters are usually mild, presenting visitors with the possibility of riding, hiking, or skiing each and every day. Biking is usually possible, but if the weather takes a turn, we go hiking, snowshoeing, or skiing in complete solitude.

Seasonal Daily Departures in Moab
In June, July, August all day tours depart 5AM to 6AM. Full moon night rides (SUPERELITE PACAKGES ONLY) depart before sunset or up until midnight.
March, April, May, September, October, November: Morning rides depart 7 to 9 AM, depending on weather forecast. Afternoon and evening tours (ELITE UPGRADED PACAKGES ONLY) depart Noon to 1 PM.
December, January, February: Day tours depart from 11AM to 1PM. Backcountry ski tours (SUPERELITE UPGRADED PACAKGES ONLY) depart 8:30AM.
ELITE UPGRADED PACAKGES follow more flexible schedules for daily departures. SUPER ELITE UPGRADED PACAKGES are supremely flexible with the ability to completely reset for rain, add night rides and additional daily (afternoon) rides on the fly, or to allow for up to 150 miles of shuttle mileage to gain access to mountain singletrack, complete solitude and other special attractions only available with company owner Lee Bridgers as your guide.

Reservation Deadlines, Prime Dates & Limitations
MOAB: If you want to be the first to book a Moab package during peak season (April, May, September, October), it is wise to place reservations three or six months in advance. Booking later than three month prior a departure during peak season usually means complications involving accommodations. Lodgings for special event weekends (Jeep Week, Rod Benders, Moab Marathon, etc) are booked solid six months in advance. If you are taking care of your own accommodations, then booking into an existing package as close to a week in advance is sometimes possible. If you want to join an existing package, you must fit the existing rider profile.
NAVAJO COUNTRY: Best in the hot summer months, but also good during early fall or late spring.
COLORADO: Colorado trips and packages are by invitation or as part of SUPER ELITE SERVICES. Western Slope rides are limited to late spring through early fall, if at high altitude. Dates for Front Range trips are July and August.
HAWAII: Best snorkeling during summer. Best big wave surfing during late fall and winter months. Mountain biking is good year round. Winter trips must be reserved 6 months in advance. Summer months require a minimum of 4 months advanced booking. Holiday dates must be reserved no less than a year in advance. We do NOT offer Hawaii trips from December 15th through January 5th (for us, it is just too crowded on the island to enjoy it the way we want you to). Hawaii's temperatures remain nearly the same year round. Peak season in Hawaii is December, January, February, March. Summer months are best to avoid crowds and the horrible traffic around town when the flocks of fatties arrive. We no longer offer day tours in Hawaii.
SAN FRANCISCO: Private custom trips can happen late July thru August. The last week in June is best for our Twisted Frisco package.

Reserve dates listed on this page to join a pre-existing package, but you don't need to fit into someone else's trip to reserve a Dreamride cycling vacation. Dreamride specializes in private parties, the smallest of groups (90% of our business is private couples and solos). We reserve on demand, so feel free to share your fantasy. We will improve on it.
